Thomas and Joe arrived shortly after I called on Saturday to repair my garage door after the spring broke that morning. I was impressed with Thomas’s experience and knowledge on garage door repairs. I was even more impressed after the repairs were completed and the repaired door was in better condition than when it was originally installed.

Thomas was very knowledgeable and efficient on repairs. He advised us that the Spring broke because it was not sufficient for the size of our door and that we needed 2 springs to lift the garage door. Now the door moves better than it ever has. Thank you for prompt service of my garage door after Hurricane Ian. I called on Sunday and the tech Mason, came Tuesday morning, fixed the problem of the garage door not going all the way down. Tech was professional, courteous and explained everything so I could understand it. Even lubed the hinges for me. That afternoon 2 more techs came by to replace the battery pack that Mason found needed replacing. He didn’t have one on his truck. The other 2 techs were equally professional and courteous, asked if I had any questions before leaving. Top notch service all the way. For many years I have used a well known local company in the Daytona Beach Area yesterday we really needed help with our door as it was not closing. I called that company first being I had given them so much business I was told I would have to wait until next Wed for service.
