Wow, I was amazed, The technician who came out to give me the quote was very knowledgeable, and polite, and explained everything in detail. Steve, took the time to make sure I understood the function and need for recommended services. When he had completed his review and provided the pricing, it was in a tiered basis, from the basics to the “white glove” enhancements. I settled on the middle choice as it met my needs and budget. What was equally impressive was that once I had made my choice, they scheduled another technician, Bernard, to complete the job that SAME DAY! Bernard was extremely efficient and patient with it came to the installation of my aftermarket WIFI controller. He was determined to make sure ALL was working before departing, even if it meant almost an hour of discussion back and forth with the “Genie” help desk. I could not have asked for a better solution to my installation issues. I highly recommend Precision Door and you will be extremely lucky if you get Steve or Bernard or both.

Just had my new garage door opener installed and I am loving it. The door matches my front door and I do not have to repaint it. There is little to no noise when the door opens and they were completely finished installing in three hours. They came at 2:00pm and were putting up the tools back on their truck by 5:15 pm. Austin Brubaker was excellent. Very friendly, professional and did a great job. The only criticism is directed towards the company itself because they sent him by himself. Our door was an old wood door and very heavy. It took him a long time having to do it all by himself. The company should’ve sent someone to accompany him for this job. He could’ve easily hurt himself by having to lift those heavy wood panels all by himself.

Recently had my new garage door installed by Precision and I’m very happy with both the looks and how smooth and quiet the door is. I was impressed with the whole service from making the first appointment, the prompt and clear way they communicated and the installers who answered all my questions and cleaned up thoroughly. Overall I was very impressed with their professionalism and certainly look forward to using the company in terms of ongoing servicing of my garage doors in the future. After trying to get quotes on a new door from several locations, we were told that a door couldn’t be fitted for our carport that was converted to a very low clearance garage. Then I had Sam from Precision out and he said it would be a complex install but could be done. Order placed and used their Sherwin Williams color match to get the exact color we wanted. The new door was a custom order due to size but it still came in weeks earlier than promised. April 28th installers Ian and Austin arrived for the install. They spent a lot of time analyzing what they had to work with and it was supposed to be installed with springs on the rear by the opener. After many measurements, they determined they could install with springs on the header like a normal install with a few modifications. From initial quote to ordering, permitting and install was flawless. The quality of the work and product was top notch and far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!!

I called Precision because I see the truck in my neighborhood often and reviews were good. My experience was much better than I expected. My initial call with Noah was professional, friendly and quick. And, he got me an appt right when I wanted it.
My initial technician Tyler was again excellent. He was fast and explained everything to me clearly, especially considering I’m far from a garage door/opener expert. I pretty much knew it was time for a new door opener and chose to do that vs any kind of repair. Cameron came with another person (I’m sorry, I’ve forgotten his name), but both were very nice. I was on a bit of a timeline and they got that opener in, serviced my door AND got my app and car programmed with me in a bit over an hour. Very impressive. I’m super happy with the whole process from start to finish. Can’t say that about most companies anymore. Thank you.

Precision is the best service provider of any kind that I have experienced in my 35 years in Orlando. My main garage door spring broke. I called. They (Brittney) were out in 20 minutes. Fixed the spring and did a complete inspection. My garage door hardware is 22 years old, and was struggling. They identified some areas of concern (safety and operational). We scheduled time to replace rollers, springs, cables and openers. Anthony and Evan did a really fantastic job with the work. Everything works perfectly. I am very impressed.
