Our door broke for the umpteenth time on Sunday. We called Precision because they were highly rated by customers and had BBB A+ rating. By 2 PM on Monday our door was fixed. On Wednesday I noticed that the top of the door did not have a tight fit. I called Precision and they came back the same day and adjusted the door, even though the issue was not something that was their responsibility (foundation issue). The safety check they did for us revealed some additional concerns. We will definitely use them again.

You put in a new motor, door openers, panel etc about 3 yrs. ago & I felt it needed a safety check. Scott was very nice & did a great job going over everything & solving the problem. It was a safety ck & not exactly a repair. I will call your company again when I need more work done. I recommended your company last yr to my neighbor Mitzi Betts a few houses up the street & she hired you when she had to have work done on her garage door.

The spring on my garage door broke; i looked on the internet and found Precision Overhead Garage. I called the office and they sent someone over early the next morning, and within hours fixed my door for a very fair price. They did a wonderful job.

The day I called for an appointment because my door wouldn’t open, I immediately got a phone rep who was able to schedule me within 3 hours the same day. The technician, Beau McClure with a 5 star rating, called to tell me when to expect him, and texted a photo of himself as well. He was punctual, courteous, professional, and concerned that I knew exactly what he had replaced, why, and how to work the new controls. He’s not worth 5 stars, he’s worth 10+ stars!! Excellent response time, less than 24 hours from initial phone call to installation completion. Never talked to a recording, always a real person. Nick did the install and offered all feature and price options with no up-sell. In addition to the opener install he replaced, bearings, springs, and rollers. All service was done in 3 hours. Thanks for the great service!

Beau McClure and Dillon Wiggins provided great professional service. We had a broken spring, called on a Sunday and had an appointment scheduled for 10-2 Monday. Beau arrived about 11, inspected the door mechanisms and provided an estimate for the repair, including some other items of concern that he found, for about $700, but he offered to perform a full garage door overhaul for just $80 more. The schedule for repair was for 12 – 4, the same day. Dillon arrived at about 12:30 to perform the overhaul and repairs, explained what he was doing and found an additional problem with the torsion tube, which he replaced for free. He was done by 2:00 and the door works great. I would not hesitate to call Precision for any future needs.
